CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 48 hours of a service are subject to a 40% fee of the service cost. No call no-shows are subject to 100% of the service fee & will no longer be able to book for future services without paying a 50% deposit. Appointment confirmations are sent 1 week, 72 hrs, & 48 hrs in advance- if your appointment is not confirmed within the 24 hr mark your appointment will be forfeited and you will lose your spot. (Example: if your appt is at 2pm on a Tuesday, you will need to confirm before 2pm on Monday, the day before.) Late policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I have a $10 late fee and in some cases need to reschedule you. I will require a 50% deposit before booking any future appointments.
